On Saturday, November 22, 2008 over 100,000 parade goers will line the streets of downtown Norfolk to watch the 24th Annual Grand Illumination Parade. The theme for this year's parade is "Celebrate the Season ".

Come down early for the parade and enjoy a full schedule of Pre-Parade activities or get a head start on your holiday shopping by visiting Dillard's at MacArthur Center!

• The Participant presentation is now available.
