No physical image better chronicles the development of downtown Norfolk over the past 25 years than the dramatic sight of the holiday skyline. And no one has better captured that image than local photographer, Tim Rudziensky.

In recognition of the 25th anniversary of Holidays in the City, we are pleased to offer a dramatic photo of downtown’s holiday skyline taken by Tim Rudziensky last year during December’s full moon. We have the framed photo in a variety of sizes, both traditionally matted and also in a new photo technique that allows the photo to be preserved without glass or matting.
