Toasted almonds, pears, & baby arugula, tossed with champagne vinaigrette,
topped with crumbled Spanish Cabrales blue cheese

Spanish Country Bread
with olive tapenade

Mediterranean Olives
A sampling of Greek olives with roasted red peppers, & pepperocini

Fried Calamari
Dusted w/ parmesan cheese & chive, served with sweet chili aioli

Caesar Salad
with chopped romaine lettuce, parmesan, crispy capers, & Crostinis

Second Course:  Entrèe

Bacon Pineapple Braised Baby Back Ribs
Piled high on whipped potatoes, with carrot nappa slaw,
& Myers rum flamed black strap molasses

Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi
Encrusted with cashew served on top of
roasted garlic mashed potatoes & lemon-herb Beurre Blanc

Tortellini Alexandria
Cheese tortellini tossed with caramelized onions, wild mushrooms,
English peas, & prosciutto in a rich locatelli cream sauce

Prime Beef Lasagna
Layered with melted fresh mozzarella, oven dried tomatoes,
prime beef bolognaise, basil & Roma tomato sauce

Crab & Spinach Gnocchi
Moist potato gnocchi tossed with baby spinach, lump crab, & cream sauce
