Caesar dressed hearts of Romaine wrapped in prosciutto
with French bread roasted garlic croutons

Sesame Seared Tuna Salad
With baby arugula, roasted shitake mushrooms, with
a ginger soy chile vinaigrette

Sautéed with garlic, white wine, fresh basil, blackened
roma tomatoes & shaved Parmesan over linguini

Pan seared & topped with garlic herb panko breadcrumbs on sautéed sweet corn,
roma tomato & baby bok choy with a white wine butter sauce

Pan Seared Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
On crispy green onion shrimp topped grit cake with
lemon vinaigrette dressed baby arugula and creamy crab meuniere sauce
