Until further notice , the eastbound outside travel lane on West Brambleton Avenue from Colley Avenue through Southampton Avenue will be closed for construction. The West Brambleton Avenue/Southampton Avenue intersection will be closed to through traffic as utility relocations and construction of the light rail line gets underway in the Fort Norfolk area. Traffic heading to and from Southampton Avenue should use Colley Avenue.
