Virginia International Tattoo

The largest tattoo in the United States, the Virginia International Tattoo is coming to Norfolk Scope April 27-30. The Tattoo brings military bands from around the world to one spot to perform a spectacular show of music, majesty, and might! This year's Tattoo includes a Pipe Band Championship and Hullabaloo performances. Click here to get your tickets. 

Coffee With a Cop

Join your neighbors and the Norfolk Police Department Officers for coffee and conversation on April 25 from 8:30-10:30am at the Starbucks MacArthur Center Kiosk. No agenda or speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns and get to know your officers.

Dining Out for Life

Grab your friends and family and head to your favorite Downtown restaurant! Donate your appetite and make one meal matter on April 27! Dining out for Life is an annual dining fundraising event to raise money for AIDS service organizations. Click here to see participating Downtown restaurants. 



Norfolk NATO Festival

Norfolk NATO Festival is the only one of its kind in the U.S. that honors the NATO Alliance and its member nations. NATO Festival events include; NATO Flag Raising ceremony on Friday April 28 @ 5pm on the Scope Plaza, 64th Annual Parade of Nations on Saturday, April 29 @ 10am, and NATOFest on Saturday, April 29 @ 11:30am-3:30pm in Town Point Park.
