The evening will include gourmet artisan foods and beverages for purchase. Town Point Park will open at 6pm for pre-concert picnics. The show begins at 8pm.
Sir Elton John, with 37 gold and 27 multi-platinum albums and 250 million records sold worldwide, the third-most successful artist in the history of the American charts (behind only Elvis and The Beatles), is a force of musical nature. It’s reasonable to say no one can hold a Candle in the Wind to the astronomic Rocket Man, who has been honored time and again for his poignant and transcendent rock ballads that still hum in the hearts of listeners worldwide. This year, we pay special tribute to one of culture’s most enduring performers as Sir Elton John embarks upon his final tour. Join us as we honor and celebrate this larger-than-life Pop Rock icon with The Music of Elton John.
