2025 Funders’ Forum: Strengthening the Future of Nonprofit Leadership
Join us for an inspiring evening that brings together leaders from across the Hampton Roads philanthropic and nonprofit sectors for meaningful conversation, connection, and collaboration.

This year’s keynote speaker is Rusty Stahl, Founder, President, and CEO of Fund the People. A nationally recognized voice in the field, Stahl will explore the critical importance of investing in the nonprofit workforce as a strategy for increasing impact and sustainability across the sector.

Following the keynote, we’ll dive into a dynamic panel discussion featuring both funders and nonprofit leaders sharing real-world insights, lessons learned, and stories from the field. We’re excited to welcome back Keith Curtis, The Curtis Group, as our moderator for this year’s panel discussion.
