Public Service Ambassadors


A key focus of the Downtown Improvement District (DID) is ensuring that Downtown is a safe, welcoming place for everyone - those who work, live, and visit.  

Public Service Ambassadors provide a wide range of services, programs, and support, including: 

  • Pedestrian Assistance 
  • Safe Walk Services 
  • Walking Patrol 
  • Lighting Inventory & Reporting  
  • Resource Connection
  • Bicycle Information Kiosk Postings 
  • Business Outreach
  • Special Event Support 

Public Service Ambassador Hours 

Monday - Thursday | 12:00pm - 9:00pm 

Friday | 3:00pm - 12:00am 

Saturday | 1:00pm - 12:00am 

Sunday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
