Downtown Norfolk Council members are invited to an exclusive briefing on Kindred, the transformative redevelopment of the St. Paul’s area. Hear from Susan Perry, Department of Housing and Community Development Director, on the People First initiative, and Mel Price, Principal at Work Program Architects, on the project’s design and vision. Networking and coffee begin at 8am, followed by the presentation and Q&A at 8:30am.
