The City of Norfolk is partnering with Selden Market and Noir Art for “Juneteenth at the Slover “ to commemorate the emancipation of African Americans.

Explore the historical roots and legacy of Juneteenth through cross generational discussions at the Emancipation Conversation panel and workshops.

There will also be story times, vendor pop-up hosted by Selden Market, art galleries curated by Noir Art, a business expo, and music by DJ with special guest performances.
