Please join Downtown Norfolk Council in refreshing The Plot for this spring and summer! We have several tasks to ensure that the NEON District's community space is ready for action:
Cleaning out flower beds and planters
Trimming last year's growth
Replanting the containers' green wall
Planting new flowers and plants at The Plot and the nearby Cofer Lot
Painting fence slats
Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and bring extra gardening tools and gloves. Children are welcome with adult supervision.
