Bringing shopping, small businesses, art, and live creativity to Norfolk’s NEON District; shop, explore, and experience art in the making!
Presented by The d’Art Center and The City of Norfolk’s Economic Development Department.
Celebrate the beauty of the season at The Fall Bazaar at The PLOT; an exciting fall marketplace showcasing local artisans and makers alongside fine art artists painting live and participating in a district wide plein air painting competition!

The Fall Bazaar (10am - 5pm) will feature a diverse selection of artisan and fine art vendors offering handcrafted goods, original artwork, jewelry, ceramics, and unique gifts. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet local creators, support small businesses, and discover one-of-a-kind pieces just in time for the fall season.
Fresh Off the Easel: NFK Paint-Out & Wet Sale (9am - 5pm) will take place as a featured event during The Fall Bazaar at The PLOT, where both accomplished and emerging plein air artists will spend the day painting on location (within the boundaries of The NEON District), capturing the unique character, architecture, and vibrant energy of the district in real time. Visitors are invited to watch the creative process unfold, interact with the artists, and experience the excitement of seeing each work come to life before the freshly completed paintings are offered for purchase during the Wet Sale.
The Wet Sale (with paint still drying!) will begin immediately after the competition at 3:30.
Whether you're searching for original artwork, handcrafted gifts, or simply looking for a fun day immersed in creativity, The Fall Bazaar at The PLOT offers something for everyone.
Admission is open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to spend the day exploring the NEON District while enjoying live art demonstrations, shopping, and the festive atmosphere.
