The 6,400 square foot facility is designed to be an all-inclusive center; complete with training & group fitness rooms, relaxing massage suites, a state-of-the-art health monitoring station, infrared sauna, on-site kitchen, and AirBNB rental suite. This charming three-story structure built in 1870 is nestled within the West Freemason district and is also listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. Every detail of Haven Wellness has been carefully crafted with intention and purpose by owners David Long and Brittney Cook. “We offer a safe, enjoyable environment for youths to active agers to find community, feel good about who they are, and help them make holistic health a priority”, Long remarks. “Our goal is not to change who you are, but to help you become who you want to be!” Haven stands out from its competitors by offering a multitude of holistic health services under one roof. Upon entering the main corridor, visitors are welcomed into Haven Fitness, a bright, open space where the personal training and group fitness sessions will be held. On the same level, behind the fitness space, Americana Kitchen (coming May 2021) will be available to provide members with nutrition-focused dining options as well as Haven’s first official branded product, Aqua Verve alkaline water. On the second floor, members can access Haven Wellness: a variety of specialty services tailored to their individual needs. Some services include traditional or specialty massages, infrared light cabin therapy, and more.
