Since 1984 the Hurrah Players have been inspiring and empowering the Hampton Roads Community through musical theatre performances and performing arts education. As one of two Hurrah buildings in downtown Norfolk, The Hugh R. Copeland Center is home to two education centers, a scenery design studio and The Perry Family Theatre.
