Artist Elliott Addesso worked with students of Norfolk’s Emerging Leaders program to complete this large scale mural that features various text and symbols celebrating Norfolk. Students outlined and filled individual segments and created various shapes glossed onto the surface to give the illusion of depth. The mural is located at the south entrance to Norfolk's arts district, the NEON District.
