Waterwork consists of 24 photographic glazed ceramic tile murals mounted within steel frames. The depicted images were taken from the Norfolk Public Library archive collection of historical photographs. The piece was created by artist Stephen Farley and installed in 2009 with the renovation of Town Point Park.
