District Volunteer – Grand Illumination Parade

As a District Volunteer, you’ll help keep things running smoothly along one of the parade’s six districts. Volunteers assist with setting up signage and barricades, supporting crowd control, and providing information to guests throughout the evening.
Bleacher Monitor Volunteer – Grand Illumination Parade

As a Bleacher Monitor, you’ll help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for spectators in sponsored seating areas. Volunteers assist with ticket collection, guest hospitality, and cleanup after the parade.
Logistics Volunteer – Grand Illumination Parade

As a Logistics Volunteer, you’ll be part of the team that prepares Harbor Park for the arrival of parade participants. Volunteers set up cones and signage, assist with staging, and help organize outdoor logistics.
Registration Volunteer – Grand Illumination Parade

As a Registration Volunteer, you’ll welcome parade participants and fellow volunteers. Volunteers check in guests, distribute lineup materials, and ensure the registration area runs efficiently.
Balloon Volunteer – Grand Illumination Parade

As a Balloon Volunteer, you’ll assist the balloon company with inflation, handling, and deflation before and after the parade. Volunteers help ensure balloons remain secure and safe throughout the event.
