FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Let freedom ring at the 41st Annual Fourth of July Great American Picnic held at Town Point Park along the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront. Celebrate Independence Day the American way with classic fare, including hot dogs and hamburgers, barbeque, seafood, and more. Military brass bands bring the sounds of celebration, followed by a spectacular display of fireworks above the Elizabeth River, beginning at 9:30pm.
