In this eight-part series participants will be guided through important information about what makes a holistically strong nonprofit. From board governance and financial management to volunteers and strategic planning, we touch on all aspects of a strong nonprofit and highlight best practices. Students work on a "Mission Map" to clearly articulate and identify the impact of their programs and leave the class with new connections and insights about the nonprofit sector.
Class meets in the evening over eight sessions with suggested reading and activities to be completed outside of class time.
