Fill up your heart with this nurturing 3 hour long get-away! This experience offers self-care practices that are designed to help you relax, recharge and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. The retreat is led by Haven's own Yoga teacher, Hannah Gerry.
Participants will receive 60 minutes of gentle movement and breathwork, 45 minutes of guided relaxation (deep rest) with sound healing, 15 minutes of face yoga/ self massage techniques, followed by 30 minutes of free flow journaling with nurturing writing prompts. The retreat will conclude with 30 minutes to simply integrate the experience while enjoying freshly pressed juice and tea from Americana Kitchen!
