The MacArthur Memorial is a museum dedicated to presenting the life and times of General of the Army Douglas MacArthur. The museum proper is housed in Norfolk's former city hall and courthouse, which was built in 1850 and is designated as both a Virginia Historic Landmark and a National Historic Place.
