As we all continue to navigate this uncharted territory, we want you to know that the Downtown Norfolk Council has been there for our Downtown community every step of the way. We are marketing and supporting our businesses, the Ambassadors have ramped up our cleaning protocols and as we move forward in Phase 1, we are assisting our restaurants with creating temporary outdoor dining.
