Beginning the day of Downtown Norfolk’s Grand Illumination celebration, there will be a magical contest of the hottest and chocolatiest proportions. Downtown Norfolk will rain with marshmallows of fantastical sizes! Get your cup and choose your side.
Just like last year - the contest runs for a full week - more chances to try all the majestic cocoas Norfolk can create!
4 oz pours for $2 each
Pick up a scorecard from any participating restaurant the week of the event to take notes on your favs. Voting will take place online throughout the week and final votes will be counted at 5pm on November 26. Vote online starting at noon on November 19!
