The City Highlights tour features a mix of architecture, stories, markets, attractions, and history of Downtown Norfolk. Norfolk Tour Company's special mashup brings you all of the tour guide's favorite downtown spots.
Meet in front of the Plume Street entrance of the Selden Market and walk through downtown for around one hour.
