Join tour guide and local history buff Joshua Weinstein of Norfolk Tour Company for an evening spent among the NEON District's many public artworks. Get your NEON fix as the art tour season kicks off live and in person with Josh's insider knowledge, dry wit and encyclopedic history.
***This will be a limited in person tour. Please register via the Facebook event in advance. Max capacity will be 25 attendees. The tour asks that guests not attending together remain 6 feet apart from other guests and Josh. Although an outdoor event, all guests are strongly encourage to wear a mask.
