NEW Seniors offers monthly Nutrition, Exercise, and Wellness activities designed to support the health and well-being​ of the older adult community.

Nutrition - Free groceries & meal prepping sessions

Exercise - Chair exercise, line dancing, and Zumba Gold

Wellness - Special events in collaboration with Seniors Aging Gracefully offered January, April, July, and October

This is made possible through a community partnership with MacArthur Center.

Donations of $5 per person supports their community-based programs.​
