Blackened Salmon
Oven roasted Salmon seasoned with Cajun seasoning with a roasted red pepper puree and grilled asparagus
Steamed Mussels, Clams and Andouille

Steamed mussels and clams in a white wine butter sauce with sliced andouille sausage, garlic, red onions, red pepper flakes topped with diced tomatoes and green onions and served with a halved toasted baguette

8oz filet topped with gorgonzola cream sauce served with mashed potato and grilled asparagus
Sweet & Spicy Tuna

6oz tuna steak seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and fresh ginger grilled and topped with a sweet chili sauce. Served over arugula with sautéed squash and zucchini
Coffee Rubbed Ribeye

14oz Ribeye with a spicy coffee rub topped with fried onions and served with grilled asparagus
Roasted Vegetable Pasta

Roasted broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, and spinach tossed in penne pasta and a balsamic vinegar reduction topped with a grilled Portobello
